Is 3MMC the best way to get Hollow cheeks?

Ive been using 3MMC (3methylmethcathinone) for 2 years almost daily Andy cheeks are hollow but there is still a bit of chubby skin on my cheekbones how do i get rid of it or is it a recessed infraorbital problem ?
