3 days a week, for each of the 3 heads (anterior, lateral, posterior) of the deltoids, do 3 sets of an exercise.

Example:
  • overhead presses × 3 sets × 3 times weekly
  • lateral raises × 3 sets × 3 times weekly
  • rear delt facepulls × 3 sets × 3 times weekly
9 weekly sets per head of the deltoids.

Is that enough volume to maximize shoulder muscle growth? What’re the best ways to grow shoulders more, in case that 3×3×3 is insufficient? What should one do and to what specific extents : increase the number of sets, increase the number of shoulder exercises, increase the training frequency?

I'm assuming lateral raises are included

Sorry dnt read at first, ok, the side delts can take a lot of volume and frequency, more than larger muscles which pull more weight

Personally I'll just spam side raises, focusing more on form and reps than weight. I only use 20lb dumbbells lol

I don't go to the gym, I'm only lifting for pure width. Just my 2 cents, it takes quite a few reps to get that burn, but that's what ur looking for
