Sure it's good but at 15 you would be already producing a higher amount of GH than 4IUs, take GHRP instead or pin a higher amount of GH

dosage is weight dependent i recommend you take atleast 0.03mg/kg/day (1mg of gh = 3iu)n (so atleast 6 iu for a 70 kg man) while supplementing with dihydroberberine
