nope it's nothing bruh that's a light dose. I'm on 60 mg and its light. ( now mark me solution its the check mark on the right. )
It works quicker but you will experience more sides. Also depends on how your body responds to it

He didn’t get that dose from nowhere. You supposed to hit your cumulative dose during the course of treatment.

I did 40mgs x 6 months and my acne cured and never reoccurred

There becomes a point of diminishing returns after 45 mg I’m pretty sure

It's just so I could get to my cumulative does faster and start perma dosing. I have post inflammatory erythema which has lasted a long time since I get break outs often, so Accutane allows it to fade by allowing me to have break out free skin. Also, the 60mg dose helps me finish my high cumulative does so I won't be getting anymore break outs to add to it. But you do have a point dosing higher then 45 mg will ruin the ratio between side effects and results where the higher you dose you don't get as many results as to the side effects your facing. However, it doesn't matter since you'll be finishing your cumulative dose faster and can just start running a perma dose cycle of 5 to 10 mg. ( do plz correct me if I overlooked something or im straight out incorrect. )
