First off I don’t think 40 mg is enough unless ur a midget or some shit, let’s assume it’s enough and it actually works, then you won’t give ur body enough time to rehydrate since ur taking it every day

I would say its actually a healthmax because it gets rid of excess water in kidneys and is good for ur heart.
