its wide compared to the average human nowadays but narrow when compared to cavemen. You shouldnt have any problems with wisdom teeth at that imw tho.

i measured with my finger i also bit on a piece of paper and it showed 45mm idk

The best way is to bite on a thicker cardboard and then measure the distance between first molars (inner edges). I have 4 wisdom teeth erupted at 40IMW, with no signs of crowding.
