I have overbite tho,my molars sit normal but my front incisors tip inward to meet my lower jaw incisors.Lower jaw is like 3-4mm behind not a subhuman tier overbite

Yeah I am getting expanded to 43-45 mm to get my cheekbones wider and then a lower jaw surgery to fix the overbite
