I got an quote for an open rhinoplasty from a korean surgeon that includes lateral osteotomy, tip reduction and alar reduction. However it's a reduced price and I need to grant them permission to use my before and after pictures unblurred😂

But I reckon the price is worth it? Could Turkey be cheaper?

It's not a regular rhino cause my problem is that my nose is too wide and big rather than crooked.

For what's included that's a pretty decent price, I heard surgeons in turkey charge around 3.8k+ for less complicated rhinoplasty

It depends on if you're comfortable with your face being shared or not tbh, I wouldn't want my face to be advertised

Yea that's what I thought. I tried asking chat gpt but it was mixing up procedures. I don't mind too much tbh. I don't mind people knowing I had something done either

sounds like you've got a nice deal then

what was the price before the reduction from your face being published?

In the US, a good surgeon is 15-20k for a rhino.

Bad ones are 5-10k

Did you ask him if hes using a silicon implant???

I

don't think there will be implants used. I have my consultation next week
Be sure to ask since this is near standard in South Korea. If he’s not using an implant ask him what he is using.

Either your own septum cartilage or rib cartilage should be used anything else can create issues as typical other cartilage sources are to soft and degrade over some number of years. Then you need another rhino.

I'm not getting any implant I'm pretty sure. I'm not Asian. I just need the nose bridge trimmed to be less wide.

I'm planning on doing a diy alar reduction
