Is 4500$ good for open rhinoplasty

I got an quote for an open rhinoplasty from a korean surgeon that includes lateral osteotomy, tip reduction and alar reduction. However it's a reduced price and I need to grant them permission to use my before and after pictures unblurred

But I reckon the price is worth it? Could Turkey be cheaper?

It's not a regular rhino cause my problem is that my nose is too wide and big rather than crooked.

Bad ones are 5-10k

Be sure to ask since this is near standard in South Korea. If he’s not using an implant ask him what he is using.

Either your own septum cartilage or rib cartilage should be used anything else can create issues as typical other cartilage sources are to soft and degrade over some number of years. Then you need another rhino.

I'm not getting any implant I'm pretty sure. I'm not Asian. I just need the nose bridge trimmed to be less wide.
