Is 4k salary good for 19yr old

Is 4k salary good if I barely have any time left?
I basically slave different hours every month but I almost always work more than 10 hours per day.

Tbh I don't know what to do with the money I earn, and I buy lots of bullshit too

Any tips?

it seems like a decent pay but I think there are better ways to get 4k instead of construction which is physicaly straining
