Im like the same height maybe even 1-2 cm shorter so i guess its pretty average just sleep 9-10h a night, decompress spine, have a good diet and maybe drink sugar water (idk if it works)

Don’t stress, eat enough proteins and sugars (mainly healthy ones and also don’t fucking go crazy on food to where your full all the time and gain weight ) don’t worry about leaning out or nothing you’re too young. Go outside a lot be active. Don’t stress out so your cortisol isn’t high and ruins your hormones and hop the fuck off org and live a normal life.
