without drugs nah there isnt really natural ways to keep growing or prevent the stopping of growth, if i were you I would do some research and stuff, theres most likely still time for you

well naturally you might grow a few centimeters. if you really want to guarantee more height then pinning is the only way.

If you genuinely don’t grow anymore hop on some compounds but not at 14 you are still too young for gh and other stuff also it’s really expensive
