Is 50 iu hgh vial to be trusted?

Looking at the price list this week i noticed something. 50 iu hgh. This is abnormal because all past hgh dosages were 10iu, 12iu, 15iu, 24iu, and 36iu. But then all of a sudden this week there is no 36iu and is instead replaced with 50iu. Could this be a 36iu being sold as a 50iu?. Is it underdosed 50iu? Am i paranoid of being scammed or should i just shut up and buy it?
