is 500mg berberine enough for 5 IU hgh?

plan to take 5 IU hgh for 6 months matter a fact i already have the vials and berberine but just one final question. is 500mg berberine a day enough to combat the insulin resistance type shi from 5 iu hgh, the berberine would be taken in the morning. no i dont have enough for reta also im active and somewhat lean meaning insulin resistance wouldn't be as pronounced, however i still want to know if my protocol is good enough, protocol being 500mg berberine morning fasted and then 5 iu hgh at night for 6 months

berberine not worth it its only 5 iu check ur blood 1-2 weekly if it rises then use it but i dont see a problem using hgh without berberine

If you are using hgh nightly whilst being carb fasted for 2 hours prior you wouldn’t even need berberine . Get a blood sugar monitor and check every morning in the first week, if it rises then use berberine otherwise (depending upon activity levels) you might be good even without berberine.
