im 19.5 yo im lean and going with 12 weeks cycle of 500mg test E is this too much a lot gymcels says go with 250-350mg max for first time

its not too high, however 12 weeks is barley long enough to be worth your time
please do 16-20 weeks minimum

just stay on, a cycle doesnt make sense

And you can start with 500 however I would start a bit lower and up the dosage over time

But what if you don’t want to be on forever. Fertility is important and I can only be on roids for like 3 years max cuz of circumstances.

Start 250mg for 4 weeks once u know test works for ur body cause guess what some people react poorly, up to 500mg

Know that going from 250 to 500 wont double ur gains imo the best test dose is 350-400mg

Yes. 500mg is unwise, do 350mg cypionate for 16 weeks, split dose & pin twice/week. enanthate is fine if that's all you have. 12 weeks is on the shorter end. and for the love of god, don't add an AI unless you absolutely must

i picked 500 mg cause i may do only 12 so i said if im gonna do it short fuck it let me do max safish dose because after summer im likely not going to be able to train and also ive been training since 2021 i wasnt consistent at all im still skinny but i do know lot

Holy retard, no it doesn’t, blasting and cruising dramatically reduces your chances at bringing your natty test levels back. If you want max longevity you should be hopping on, then hopping off, included you pct and then train natty for however long your cycle was. This way you brain reactivates your HPTA axis every time and ensures you max chances at recovery. You should be giving your brain ample time between cycles with natty training tho so it can stabilize

Your fucking down, the point of cruising and blasting is to maximise gains, OP never said he wants to be on forever. You yourself said it’s better for your healthy can hopping on and doing PCT, which is fucking false. Your clearly retarded subhuman manlet that has no idea how to run roids or how pharmacology works. Just cause your crushing and blasting doesn’t mean you don’t eventually want to hop off everything after your done with your gear usage. If you want to be able to produce testosterone on your own in the future when you completely hop off. Then PCT after each cycle + long natty training is absolutely the best way to maximise longevity and ensure the odds of your HPTA axis coming back 100% is maximised. Only dumb chopped virgin retards like you think that blasting and cruising means you wanna be on test forever. That’s not true, it’s just used by bodybuilders to maintain and much muscle mass between cycles. Someone can still have the goal of completely hopping off in the future. Unless you wanna become a gear head that looks like a dried up ballsack and needs TRT for the rest of his life you will consider not blasting and cruising for long periods of time. Longevity is the key, your goal should be to hop on, get the results you want and hop off and try to keep as much of your gains as possible. Gear will age you, stress your body and overall fuck up your life in the long term. It’s much better to be smart about it and get what you want and leave it behind.
