Im on under 50g of carbs and eat 4:1 pot to sod and it seems to work slightly but not sustainable long term if u want gains

Cycle through bulking in the winter and cutting in the summer every year. Depending on the genetic’s and how right you do your training you can expect to reach 80-90% of your natural muscle gain’s within 2-5 year’s if done right/
 
that's great. don't care about bloat while you are bulking, you'll look horrible anyways but it's worth it
um cutting rn, i already lost 90lbs. I was fat now iam 19 bf %. I want to cut to 8-10%.
