in capital cities nah, im that height and i feel short there. in towns / non city life areas i feel average tall

Not the worst. You will likely be taller then most other men you see day to day (depending on location). But your still not going to be considered tall, especially not by women. With shoes on you will be around 6'0- 6'1. 5'9-6'2 is the ideal range (in my opinion) to build an aesthetic physique, so thats a good aspect of being within that range. Overall though you will be height mogged everyday, multiple times a day. Its really just a frustrating purgatory like state to be in from my experience (being 5'11). Your not short really but you know constantly that if you were just 2-3 inches taller things would be considerably different.

2 inches height boosters are comfortable for everyday wear so i would say its not they also make shoes with them built in that are comfy and give more height not over at all boyo
