In vast majority countries its is good height (actually it is above average). In some countries (Sweden, Serbia, Netherlands Slovakia etc) it is like lower average but nothing really bad.

Depends where you live and the female. Height under 6' is definitely a bigger strike than it used to be. Usually teenage girls will ignore it before ones in their 20s though where the majority want 6 foot plus now in the west.

5'8 is where it starts to be an issue at like 5'10 especially if your HTN+ you should have no issues unless your in a room with NBA players

Depends where you live, but still a good height. If you wear AF1's you'll instantly fraud to 6' so why not? It is a commonly accepted shoe and looks decent. I'd say if you have decent face it is a good height for men
