It's exactly average in the most of the west outside of northern Europe (germany, netherlands, scandinavia) and Central Europe (austria, czech, most of balkans, etc). You probably wouldn't even really be considered short in those countries anyway, but probably a minor failo to foids there. No failo outside those areas
