If u want growth or want any effects u need 8+iu. 5 iu isnt enough mabye enough for recovery and shit but growth u need superphysiological doses if u are not deficient and still growth will not be promised it depends on how well your body resposnds and baseline igf-1. Most ppl are boderline deficient so hgh usually works high dose.

You misunderstood the study. There are two doses the lower dose there was shown to have minimal result but the higher dose was 0.32-0.4 mg/kg/week. So for a 70kg person dosage that would acc promote growth would be around 67.2-84ius per week. So in days its gonna be 9.5iu-12iu per day. Sorry for the way i said it

I've read this exact study like a thousand times dude lmao

The smaller dosage gives just under an inch in height whilst the other gives more than triple those numbers. Hence I referred to the bigger number. You literally just said "It's gonna be 9.5-12iu per day" so you're agreeing with me, you need more than "8+"

edit: no peripubertal kid should be 70kg anyways, going off the average it should be 56kg

Test E 250/week , lisinopril , 1000iu hcg/ week, hgh 9-12iu, 500-1000mg metformin, 1mg anastrozole, enclo after test for 6-8weeks hcg for 4 weeks after test also for pct. I will be taking anastrozole by it self before any other compounds for a month and then add hgh for 3-4 months and then add test and the other stuff. How is my test dose
