Is 6"0 a good height for women ?

If average european women height is 5"6 then 6"1 is a 7 inch height difference which should be ideal ?

i think the cutoff is 5'9, you can fraud to 6 fairly easily with lifts, girls cant really tell the difference once you get past the 5'10/5'11 range between 6'-6'2

It's an ideal height for most men. Too much taller then you're gonna want the facial and bone genetics to back it. Too much shorter then you will be deemed off limits to many women.
