just being a CL is rare. combining that with being 6’3 and the odds decrease even more. Truly a blessing if you manage to be CL and 6’3

Maher is Chad and more like 6'5 if not taller, Welling was probably at the higher end of CL. There's certainly a decent percentile difference between low CL and high CL, but yes a legitimate low CL and 6'3 is quite rare
