Is 6”4 and 280lbs 10% body fat ideal for fighting ? @traveler

No, he needs to be 7ft, 400lbs and 2% bodyfat.

280lbs is BB tier so he will gas out quickly.


Ideally 230 walkaround weight for 6'4 is ideal at that BF%. (MMA, Assuming juiced to the gills)

Karelin was 280lbs at wrestling and ragdolled everyone

His walk around weight off season is like 280lbs-290lbs but at a higher body fat then when he cutting to weigh in at 265lbs.

6‘4 with 7‘ reach (Jon Jones Stats) is probably human ideal.
Anything after that you‘ll probably not have the flexibility and type of athleticism needed, look at stefan struve.
Meanwhile all the GOATS and current champions in the taller divisions (GSP, Jon Jones, Spider, Pereira, Adesanya) are 6‘4

you dont need roids.
Just learn about Natural Bodybuilding (watch GVS, Natural Hypertrophy, Alex Leonidas, Bald Omni Man) have patience and you’re good.
If you need to bulk, track calories.

No need to eventually fuck up your natural hormone production, intestines, liver, erections, etc. just because of impatience and a little bit better physique. Especially if you havent reached your natural potential (very likely) and dont plan on competing.

Nah bulking is waste of time as a natural lifter. I will just take 250mg/ week train hard, diet hard and get jeff seid physique

Bulking as a natural does not mean you will gain muscle, you gain fat and the same amount of muscle you would have at maintaience.

Yes but as a natural a bulk just means gaining body fat without really going muscld in return due to the insulin and myostatin increasing to prevent more muscle from being built.

seems legit but i would drop down to like 255 to 265 range that seems to be the optimal weight for that height

i think fury zheng anthony joshua all the taller boxers fight around that size or bit more

joe joyce fought at like 270
 
i think valsquez was like 245 vs 265 lesnar when they fought
 
most likely too bulky and heavy
