I am 5'9.5 at 14 right now with mom 5'4.5 and dad 5'5 my shoe size is 11.5 us
My height
At 11 5'1
at 12 5'3
At 13 5'6
At early 14 5'9.5
I'm also focusing on sleeping long eating good and being in the sun more
Tall relatives- maternal uncle 6'1
Paternal great grandfather 6'0

honestly since ur mogging ur dad to oblivion already at 14 u might aswell at least reach 5'11-6foot, keep up with gym eating good sleeping good

Yeah I have similar diet to urs but try to get raw milk all the people will say it's cope also drink more milk bro 1 liter is nothing and try to wake up at 6:30

I drink raw milk 5 days a week my ass grandma boils it when she comes so I don't get it daily I gotta wake up at 6:00 because I have school

height genetics are complete random, you have to look at his grandparents etc. just because his dad is short doesnt mean he cant inherit the genes from his grandpa for example, this goes to show since hes already way beyond his dads height
