Still doesn't seem like a game changer beyond 6'3. I'd say that is the peak where you retain mostly all benefits health is only slightly impaired 6'5 is already into diminishing returns territory.

If you gave me the choice between 5'9 (me) and 6'5 it would be harder as both have significant disadvantages. All this talk of physical domination but real force and authority comes from moving people. A 5'9 manlet with a bunch of guys surrounding them is more intimidating then some tall guy. I would still say 6'2 would be more then enough for this. The average height of US presidents is 6'1-6'3 which imo is also right around ideal its also the peak height for income. Income declines beyond that is neutral 5'7-5'11 and lower below 5'7

JFL im 187cm and an actual LEGITIMATE barefoot afternoon 6'5 is tall as fuckk when walking around in public. I know because I have a friend whos exactly 6'5.5 and everyone guesses him to be 6'7 or even 7 foot by super short foids. 6'5 only isn't ridiculous if you play football or basketball or surrounded by high status influencers who get their fame based off of height but in the real world a legit 6'5 is borderline gigantic (think zion williamson or bo burnham or jacob elordi as legit 6'5 guys)

Maybe its different if youre in the netherlands, south sudan, or dinaric alps but in EVERY other part of the world a legit 6'5 (not a coping 6'3 6'4) is bordering on extremely tall tier
