sure its reachable , but not likely atp .
some things u can do to max ur chances - sleep 8-9hrs , eat proper food , healthy lifestyle.
I dont reccomed using hgh because of side effects and the fact that it might close ur growth plates earlier than intended

my dads 5'8 and my mom is 5'3, so we are in a similar situation

second of all yeah it increases maturation... because it increases the speed your bones grow? theres not been a single recorded instance of hgh lowering adult final height if there was it wouldn't be perscribed to children every day
