Is 6’1 and a 19-20 inch bideltoid a good frame for an East Asian?

I grew from 5’11 to 6’1 barefoot afternoon height (both measured by doctor) in 5 months on HGH, and my frame might’ve grew a bit too, but I’m not sure as I didn’t have a before measurement

Is a 19-20 inch bideltoid good for 6’1? For context my dad is 4 inches shorter then me and I’m the tallest in my bloodline by a wide margin (~4-5 inches)so I’m already extremely grateful
