No it's not manlet height. It's not tall to the point where it's a huge advantage but it's just tall enough. Unless you're living In Holland or Germany (or another one of those european countries w/ a bunch of tall people) you'll at least experience what it's like to tower over most women, to have them have to sorta look up when they're talking to you.
