no you need 10 hours
 
take mk677, on 5 hours of sleep with mk i felt more rested than on 10hrs normally

7-12 i usually sleep 12-14 hrs

6 hrs one night is okay if you get enough sleep the rest of the week. Long term 6 hrs is definately not enough.
Sleeping less will not helping with burning fat. Lack of sleep causes you to feel less full (you feel more hungry all the time).
