There is plenty of evidence you can increase your girth. It goes by the same principle as increasing length, except you want to stretch the tunica outward instead of longitudinally. Unfortunately that means you need to put supraphysiological pressures on the tunica from inside the penis which is inherently harder on the penis and more risky than simply pulling the penis outward.
