Is 856 ng/dl test high?

I did a blood test and got 856ng/dl test levels but it doesn't report free testosterone so I think I will have to do it again :unsure:

also why do I feel like shit if I have 856 test?

my B12 levels were very low though but I doubt a vitamin can have this much impact

Yes pretty good

not over 1000 nanograms per decibel tho.
