Is a 16.5 inch bidelt normal/good at 16 before starting gym?

A 16.5 inch bidelt is utterly subhuman, a good bidelt to start the gym should be at least 19 inches. An actual good bidelt is between 20-25 inches, start eating and train ur deltoids or its over

Yea ik but I haven’t started gym yet that’s why
