Big forehead isn't ideal but isn't hard to cover with hair. Reduction results are actually pretty good from what I've seen but if your hairline recedes a scar will be visible and you'll look like Kenjaku. Maybe you can hide it with makeup

how bad is it? usually a small hair transplant usually is enough. Reduction can be good but you have to make sure you pick a reputable surgeon, otherwise you will end up with a fucked up scar across your hairline
