Neurocranium should always be small(no inflated look).Skull shape is more important than size. Small kinda worsens or betters your position depending on your frame. Big skull is not ideal, tall skull is, but again you can have a small and relatively tall skull.

It's all about proportions. A small frame is a failo so a decently big head to a large frame would be ideal, I reckon. Big head to small frame = failo. Small head to big frame = failo, etc.
So it's hard to say objectively if a big head is good or bad since its all about harmony.

your head being proportional to your body is the halo, whether it's big or small doesn't really matter, it's just perspective.

It matters in that a big skull + a big frame is better than a small skull + small frame. Although even if your frame isn't that good I'd say having a small skull is not necessarily better, you can improve your frame but it's harder to do that with your skull.

proportional is usually a little over a head on each side, around a head and a half if you've got along skull.

How is a small skull adult like or heroic lol, look at superheroes and male models, they all have large skulls while the women have smaller ones. It would only be bad if the skull actually was "neotenous" and looked like an infant's, but most large skulls aren't. Being big AND being well developed is better.

Normal to slightly small size head with a large frame is the best. Just look at David Laid; he's got mid to small skull size and a big frame, which makes him look even taller and his shoulders look wider. A lot of Mongolian descents (esp Koreans and northern Chinese) tend to have big skulls, big frames, and tall bodies (they are the tallest in Asia, at least), and they don't look as good.

Correlated with intelligence. I’d say it’s good. Small head looks bad and if you have a small frame then it’s the frame that’s the problem.
