is it viable to start a "clothing brand" make mock-ups, samples, and fake packages and simply never ship them out? i'm thinking of operating this through an individual website, an instagram, and a discord, where after payment I will remove all contact with the buyer as well as transfer the money gained to a seperate account. besides being arrested (which i don't really care about because i've done much more illegal things than this before with no trouble) are there any problems with my idea?

Just buy fake airpods from a good dealer who makes high quality ones and resell them as slightly used in case they come with some error, tbh it's not a great idea on the long run to scam ppl because you can encounter some thug nigger who may beat the fuck out of you because to sell them you need to be a bit known in your area cause why would someone buy from a nigga who lives 3 states away, sell irl for a good price (find clients in your school or schools near yours) and if the quality is high ppl won't care if they're reps, but you gotta have friends who are a bit popular so they can repost your market in their ig stories

or just sell reps as that, reps, buy on pandabuy vlone, bape, off white and palace tshirts for 5-15 bucks and resell them for 30-40 bucks if the quality is good, same goes for hoodies, buy for 20-30 and resell for 60-70 if they look 1:1 but don't lie and just tell ppl that they're reps but rlly high quality ones
