Is a deviated septum a sign that perhaps someones palate is small?

In theory if someones palate was restricted through development and their palate was narrow their maxilla would still need to grow and would probably grow upwards which might cause issues with the nasal passage?

Do you think a deviated septum might be a sign that there could be a need for maxilliary expansion?

No, they are not connected.

I have a deviated septum, and a wide palate.

deviated septum = downward growth of the maxilla

You said the palate can be expanded by 5 mm during bimax? I honestly would be content with that much expansion. If I combine it with braces for wider arch and max downgraft, it will fix my smile. Does ramieri do both at the same time?

Yep I think its 6mm actually, anything more and expanders are required. (I think.)

Yep Ramieri told me he would be willing to expand my palate and perform a Bimax at the same time if I required 6mm (Expansion) or less.

Probably more like 4.5 idk tbh people rate me anywhere from 4.5-5psl.
No idea on how much I will ascend tbh. From morphs probably to maybe 5.5-6psl. (I am having 5 surgeries so it will be quite a significant improvement.)

I am not really recessed at all tbh, I just dont have very forward grown features which should be resolved through the surgery. I do have quite bad occlusions though.
