I found a surgeon who isn't very expensive, like 1500euros and has good results on other procedures, I saw he does a lot of lipofillings, but I couldn't find results on upper eyelid! He said he recommends fat grafting instead of hyaluronic acid! Should I go with this dr or I risk getting botched?

We can't answer this question. You have to use your own judgement here.
Maybe consult with another surgeon who has more experience in upper eye lid surgery and demonstrable results.

True, but he seemed to do very good blephs with good precision! Fat grafting to upper eyelid is quite uncommon and even some doctors who did it in my country have one or two results at max as people don't ask for this procedure on a daily basis!

where is he located? There is not alot of surgeons that are experienced in fat graphs. Atleast you know that he has experience working with the eye.
I think the chance of getting "botched" is pretty low.

You indeed need someone who works with eye area a lot, and specifically did plenty of fat grafting there. It's not just about aesthetics, it's more about safety. Putting fat into arteries there can result in embolism and blindness or stroke. Shouldecheao out on that. Can't recommend any specific surgeons but ask yours about what safety measures are done during procedure and maybe some vids of how they perform it. Good doc won't tell you "don't worry, just pay and relax", they will explain that to you without problems.
