Like I said, it’s my own opinion. I feel like girls are just friendlier when you’re in a familiar environment (school, work). I only register it as an IOI when female strangers do it. Like, why would a random girl smile at some guy she doesn’t know? They know it would give them the wrong idea. Though there’s always exceptions, some women are oblivious about it and think they’re just being a good person, in which case they stop doing that. But I think those women would have already learned their lesson, so yeah.
