Is a headgear worth it?

I'm turning 15 next month and I feel like my maxilla isn't well developed and that's why I looked into ortho. treatment and saw what the reverse pull headgear could potentially do for me. But I'm not sure wether or not it would still work for me since I'm not in the usual age where it's used. Any help or tips would be amazing thanks.

You can use FMA and peptides aren't worth it for cranofacial bonegrowth since there is zero evidence for it controbuting during puberty years since most of your sutures close around 14 years old. What could still help is Human Growth Hormones. But your face will develop untill your 21 so just wait for that.
