So I been getting leaner cutting down on food and doing cardio I lost heeps of weight I’m lucky I loose a lot of weight on my face first which is what I wanted but now I have a skinny fat body where I look skinny but I have a small gut and after while I started looking small so now I’m hitting gym and eating heeps of protein still doing cardio my body is improving heeps but my face I feel like it’s getting more bloated how do I counter this while still eating protein do I do more cardio from 30 mins to an hour? What do I do
