i wanna eat shits loads of lean protein and do hella cardio but does that even work. or should i just go all in and dirty bulk for hella mass and then cut like normal

-ground turkey/chicken
- shrimp
- fish
- eggs
- fruits, rice, and potatoes for carbs
- veggies for fiber
will this get me mass while leaning down or is this basically just maintaining

Lean bulk:150-350 cal surplus
Dirty bulk:500+ cal surplus

well i reccomend you to either maintain or do a lean bulk.im talking 150 cal surplus daily.
