I have a convex, bulbous, droopy, assymetric nose. I will 110% get a rhino after my bimax. I can get my nose shaped however I fckin want it and based on what I see, hear and talk to with not just people on here but woman, surgeons and other professionals a straight big nose is the best choice. I could get a concave ski slope nose if I wanted but I don’t want to as I’m certain a straight nose is better.

Anterior nasal height
Nasal floor length
Nasal length (vertical)


These measurements were combined and thus tell us nothing about the nasal convexity of males vs females. It is likely that the difference was largely due to nasal breadth.
