Is a Narrow Smile fine?

I can barely show 6 pretty well and barely 8. small lips/mouth and small ass palate. I know theres options like marpe and sarpe but it seems like a brutal thing to go thru and need the right timing to do it where I wont have to do interviews or talk/socialize with many ppl. Are there any well-known male models or actors or ppl in general who mog with a narrow smile?
