Is a night shift job worth it for the effects on my health?

Pay is better then my current job not to mention I can do class work while working full time. But what are the health effects of being awake all night and sleeping all day?

I worked as bouncer for a while, irregular hours + graveyard shifts, all of my colleagues had heart problems in their 30's and were deteriorating quickly.

what about a year I am 20 and young so I can recover quicker. Won't be long term.

What if I still get 8 hours of sleep and use a red light to simulate the sun. The pay isn't much better but I can use a laptop at work. Basically instead of wasting 40 hours of sleep I can use them to work

I work retail and then do college. Basically working/studying 80 hours barely making ends meet. With a night shift job I could study and do hw on shift. And I would struggle less for money
