Is a PCT required for topical DHT for dickmaxxing, if taken with a low enough concentration and weekly intervals?

Would it even be worth it, with a routine like this or is daily use the optimal route? Mainly want to minimize the undesired impacts of the DHT whilst gaining its benefit of it.

Seems unlikely, please enlighten me
