Just search “recessed maxilla” but to summarize it depends how old you are but if you aren’t young no tongue posture or tricks are gonna work it’s just cope, it depends a lot of what’s causing it either small palate or childhood mouth breathing, but most likely would need a Marpe or surgery if you’re older then 22
