Is a rhino really worth it for a guy

Rarely see good, natural results on guys. It’s annoying af cause this is the only surgery I’m considering & I only need a minor tip refinement nothing major. If it’s fuked tho it’ll be disastrous & the risk def outweighs the reward

Depends. More often than not its due to a recessed maxilla, and rhino only puts a band aid to that problem.

guys on avg have bigger noses than females but if its too big and ruins harmony then go for it imo

Nose is imo one of the biggest things that can ruin your harmony, so yes, it is worth it
