so long as you don’t overeat and lift weights 1-3x a week, is a sedentary lifestyle good? ngl, i feel 20x better being calm and not moving a lot compared to walking or playing sports

is a sedentary lifestyle even bad

Because overexsertion and being in a stressfull enviroment is proven to make u age quicker.

Just dont become too lazy and get some sort of movement everyday
Its the best lifestyle as long as ur not a complete couch potato and as u said; overeat

Your teeth will become week and fall out
Proper resistance training regenerates and replaces old muscle

yes, i lay down both day and night it mogs, i go on long hikes outside a few times a week but most days is complete rest

Because "exercising" routinely ages you, duh.

Look at most gymcellers in their 30s.

They all have fucked signs of aging.

Grey hair, balding, low contrast faces, wrinkles, excess collagen, etc.

It does help you age gracefully. Spending an active life outside makes you look like shit, people underestimate how much the sun ages you. There's a reason why nobles would avoid outside work and leave it to the subhuman peasants
 
yeah except women arent attracted to lazy guys who stay inside. Also you'll lose motivation to look good if your living NEET

Its gd for getting heart disease and bowel cancer but no. Moderation is best 10k steps a day and maybe weights 3-4 times a week for longevity. Overexercising is bad for longevity
