Is a shitty skin completely fixable?

I had a severe case of acne along several years until I treated myself with Accutane, but it left my skin with a very bad texture mainly on the cheeks. It's redish and with a lot of big pores in the areas I used to pop the pimples.
I'm already using Tretinoin 1% irregularly for some months now, no big difference to be honest, would microneedling be more effective?

I want a god-tier skin.

I'm not dark but I have a shitty zombie looking skin colour that's clearly ethnic (MED skin tone I guess, but the rest of my features aren't med). I wish it was more redish. Do I just need more sun, do I need to work out more to get blood flowing or what

My routine which I like is as follows,

Only cleanse occasionally at night, never during the day

After washing with just water,

Morning

Mist face with regular water, bought a spray bottle

Apply drops of Timeless Hyaloronic Acid

Mist with water again

Then apply vanicream lotion

Wait for 30 mins minimum, apply Avene sunscreen

Night

Same as morning, except apply tretinoin 0.025 instead of sunscreen.
