Is a wide palate a double edged sword?

Like, having narrow palate is obviously worse but makes it easier to have hollow cheeks if you have low set or flat cheekbones. Wide palate makes it harder specially if you have low set ones since there is no room left for skin to stretch

I know many guys who have narrow palate and zero hollow cheeks despite the low bodyFat
