Wide pfl is caused by wide maxilla (orbitals) mostly. Its genetic, u either born with small PFL or wide.

Mostly. Ofc there are people with small eyes and huge bizygomatic but mostly its correlacted.

i would say that PFL and IPD are correlated with palate size, but i would be coping since my 40+mm palate didn't save me from 60mm IPD and barely average PFL
i think ultimately it has to do with genetics

i cant fit my tongue on my palate but my pfl is like 35-36mm and also have a relatively high fwhr so maybe

if your palate is 36mm you must palatemax by all means. as far as i know your palate needs to be at least 40mm to be considered correctly grown. you might gain something from it ngl (smile, airways, cheekbone protrusion, MAYBE ipd and pfl just maybe)
